What’s Included: Light My Bricks™ Decor Starter Pack

The Decor Starter Pack by Light My Bricks™ comes with a range of high-quality, powerful components designed specifically for lighting up your decor build. Here’s what you’ll find inside the box:

1. Light Blue Astro Regular Lights (x2) - Perfect for adding cool blue hues and aquatic tones—ideal for fountains or ocean themes.

2. Light Green Astro Regular Lights (x2) - Great for adding natural detail to trees, plants, and garden foliage.

3. Violet Astro Regular Lights (x2) - Create a moody ambience or dramatic effects to your build for a true pop of colour!

4. Warm White Astro Large Lights (x4) - Bright and powerful warm white lights for highlighting larger spaces like interiors or architecture.

They aren’t suitable to fit under a 1x1 stud….

… but can be placed under or inside larger LEGO® bricks.

They can also be threaded through an open stud and mounted under a plate. So versatile!

5. Assorted LEGO®-Compatible Bricks (x24) - Includes everything you need to build custom spotlights and secure your lighting fixtures.

8. Dock 6 (x2) - These are snap-on power hubs with 2 power ports and 6 light ports so you can plug in components from any angle.

They click directly onto LEGO® and have 2 power ports and six Astro ports for maximum lighting.

9. Tethers (x3) - LEGO®-compatible double-sided plates (2x of the 1x6 and 1x of the 1x2) to secure docks and route cables neatly and discreetly on any build.

These are double-sided plates that fit on our docks and the Eclipse so you can mount them underneath LEGO® pieces.

Tethers are awesome for managing cables on any sized build!

10. Eclipse Clip (x1) - The eclipse clip keeps loose cables bundled for a clean, tidy build.

Bundle cables under the clip to hold them all in place.

11. Flux Converter (x1) - Super important as it connects your setup to USB-A or USB-C power. Just plug into any 5V+ adapter or power bank.

Attach your belt to the Flux Converter and get ready to power up.

Lighting Up Trafalgar Square with your Light My Bricks™ Decor Starter Pack

A Step-by-Step Guide: Lighting Your Trafalgar Square LEGO® Build

Step 1: Preparing for the build

Identify the key features you want to light and remove any obstructing bricks. There’s space at the back of the set to create a clear path for the spotlight cables. 

Add your dock in this space once you have removed the appropriate bricks.

Step 2: Assemble and Install the Violet Spotlights

Use the included bricks to build two spotlight bases. Thread the Violet Astro Regular Light through a 1x1 round plate with an open stud.

Connect the plate with the bar handle, attach it to a 1x1 tile with a clip, and place it onto a 1x2 jumper plate.

Finish with an Astro Cap and position it at the front of the set.

Step 3: Route and Connect Cables

Guide the cables behind the set and plug them into a Dock 6.

Make sure it sits in between all the studs then plug it into the dock.

Replace any LEGO® pieces you removed earlier. Repeat the same process on the other side of the set.

Step 4: Light the Trees

Repeat the spotlight method using Light Green Astro Lights to highlight the beautiful foliage and trees.

Step 5: Light the Fountains

Place Light Blue Astro Regular Lights in each fountain for a cool, watery glow.

Step 6: Illuminate the National Gallery

Place four Warm White Astro Large Lights inside the gallery to brighten its interior.

Step 7: Time to Power Up!

Connect a belt to your Dock 6, then attach the Flux Converter.

Plug into any 5V USB power source (not included).

Then sit back and enjoy the majestic view of your Trafalgar Square build!
