Light My Bricks is an Australian company based in Melbourne, Victoria.
All orders placed through our EU site www.lightmybricks.eu are shipped from our EU Warehouse based in Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
Our products are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. All orders are shipped via express courier services, accompanied by a tracking number which is sent via email once the product is dispatched.
Light My Bricks uses Fedex / TNT for shipping throughout Europe. Once dispatched, most orders will arrive between 1-2 business days depending on destination.
Light My Bricks offers a flat rate of € 10 per order. We also offer free shipping on any single international over the value of € 150.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that stated transit times are estimates only and may be influenced by factors beyond Fedex / TNT's reasonable control.
For example, customs and quarantine processing requirements, weekends and public holidays, varying flight schedules and other origin or destination specific factors.
Fedex / TNT does not guarantee transit times or represent that transit times will be achieved.
In accordance with Fedex / TNT 's standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage, which can be found on the reverse of any air waybill, Fedex / TNT is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Import Taxes, Customs Duties and Fees
All orders and pricing on our website www.lightmybricks.eu are inclusive of VAT (for EU Union countries only). Import duties may apply.
*Important Note, if you are based outside of the EU union, VAT/Import duties will still be applicable.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Light My Bricks has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
