Fantastic
It took an entire day to build the model and then add the lights. The end result is really good, and my wife says it's her favourite so far.
My only pause on the instructions is, some of the other sets have you "test the lights" before going too far, and I think that's a great idea. This one doesn't and leaves all of the tie-up to the very final step. This means if you broke something along the way then you'd be in real dire straights pulling it apart again. So although mine worked perfectly first try, I think they should have done the testing steps.
There are also no spares of anything, if you break something, you're in trouble. I don't think there's much potential for breakage with these lights, but I also think it's important to add a little slack on some of them to make sure you can still articulate the joints.
Anyway I didn't really struggle with this set, pulling a few bricks apart was a little tough but that's life, and it is quite involved (a lot of steps) but not as much as the International Space Station set.
