I have been very happy with the McLaren Light Kit! The finished product looks amazing. The only issues I had were that the instructions are a bit complicated and difficult to see with my 50 year old eyes and in a similar vein I had trouble pushing the connecting cables into the expansion boards. They're tiny and required a lot of patience (and tweezers!). Overall though I'm so impressed, adds so much to the Lego model :)

I was really curious how LMB would approach this build, and I was not disappointed. Add the "spotlights" really looks cool, and surprisingly doesn't look weird at all. Was a really fun build.

Didn’t take too long to build once completed and stood back Totally impressed
My daughter gave me the light kit for Christmas but she didn’t realise that the light kit didn’t come fully completed so that’s the only downside is the light kit she asked why do you buy an part for the light kit as it should be all as one in a kit
