Great light set. Lots of detail lighting but very easy to install. As usual, some lovely features from a flashing TV to all the bedside lights.
This kit takes an excellent Lego set to the next level, adding a wealth of thoughtful and creative illuminations to round out the imagined hotel. There's a really clever balance of lighting here, between the sharp white illumination of the museum, the warm and soft yellows of the hotel's open floors against the brighter lights of the foyer and front. Of the kits I've bought, this is also the most clever when it comes to distributing expansion boards and carefully tucking them away in (mostly) out of sight locations.
As with all of these kits, there are a few things you might want to customize for yourself: some of the instructions' wire hiding methods are a bit awkward, and the placement of the wiring connectors is a bit spotty unless you add in bricks to better secure the floors together. However, these are pretty easy to do and just encourage a bit of creativity while following the instructions.

L'hotel est encore plus beau
I love the look of this, especially the light above the gallery sign. I didn't particularly enjoy the non-lego elements included, as they didn't seem to have the same clutch power or tolerances.
