The installation process was probably the most finicky and even frustrating from all the sets I've done so far, but the end result is wonderful.
Part of the frustration came from taking the levels apart. Diagon Alley is a not a modular set, so taking the floors apart was a bit messy. Also, the buildings' insides are quite cramped, so a number of leds were really finicky to install or connect. Finally, I felt some of the design choices could have been better. In multiple cases I routed the cables differently. For example with the gargoyle, where the headpiece just would stay put with the cable going through the pin. There's a perfectly fine alternative routing between to bricks of the nearby wall instead.
Anyway, I'm very happy with the result as always!

The kits arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality of the components is excellent and the effects with the different types of lights is awesome.
These sets are obviously extremely detailed and take your Lego set to the next level. They are absolutely unmissable for the show stopping sets and change the entire vibe of the display. I’ve bought a couple of sets before and never had an issue. I did have one faulty part in this kit, however, I was blown away by the care and attention from customer service, particularly Rachel. She was immediately responsive, delightful to deal with and promptly sent out the replacement part so I could continue building. 10/10 would recommend these sets and this company - it’s absolutely worth it to me!
